* Product features pre-designed special artwork. Personalization can be added in the box labeled "Text 1" and/or "Text 2" as shown on the Standard Template Image on the Personalization Method tab.
* Vivid Full Color imprinting is applied on the back side of the plaque and is included for a full color of your photo image and text from the available color options.
* The names provided will be added to our pre-design Christmas tree template, which we will re-arrange the name listing order accordingly to create the tree design with a Star on the top and current year on the bottom.
* Due to the soft nature of the material, Acrylic items are more vulnerable to light scratches or flaw lines.
* Dimensional weight indicated on the item chart will be applied for the shipping charge calculation.

Shipping

Most orders are packaged in damage resistant boxes and are shipped with our primary carrier UPS from California. After you approve the engraving artwork, we proceed production and ship your order within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to track the package once we ship out your order.

*Depending on your zip code, U.S. Ground shipping time is 1-5 days; Canada 5-7 days. See UPS Ground Transit Days. Express shipping is also available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping carton weight and shipping address zip code. The shipping charges for all available shipping options are provided on Shopping Cart.

Return Policy

You may return any blank items in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will not accept the return if the item has been engraved or damaged.
