* The same engraving will be applied to all pieces in the pair/set; for different engravings between the pair/set, an additional location engraving charge of $8.00 will be applied for each different artwork and/or texts.

* Not suitable for microwaves. Not suitable for dishwasher.

* Prop. 65 WARNING: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

* Dimensional weight indicated on the item chart will be applied for the shipping charge calculation.

Shipping

Most orders are packaged in damage resistant boxes and are shipped with our primary carrier UPS from California. After you approve the engraving artwork, we proceed production and ship your order within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to track the package once we ship out your order.

*Depending on your zip code, U.S. Ground shipping time is 1-5 days; Canada 5-7 days. See UPS Ground Transit Days. Express shipping is also available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping carton weight and shipping address zip code. The shipping charges for all available shipping options are provided on Shopping Cart.

Return Policy

You may return any blank items in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will not accept the return if the item has been engraved or damaged.
